How Does Booking and Scheduling Work?

Just book through our site and submit a deposit. After booking, we’ll collect your schedule and set up your team’s delivery system.

No problem — you’ll send us your schedule when it’s ready using a simple onboarding form.

Yes, as long as we have notice and availability. We’re flexible and work with your season flow.

Travel is included for local teams. For teams more than ~30 miles out, we may charge a small travel fee per game.

How Do We Access Our Videos?

All footage is delivered through a private, easy-to-use video hub for your team.

Yes, videos are streamable and shareable. Players can also download footage if you need it for recruiting or highlights.

Game footage is typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Highlight reels are batched and delivered throughout the season.

Add-Ons and Common Questions

Yes — parents will receive a menu of optional upgrades like rush delivery, additional reels, or branding options.

Not at all. We handle filming, editing, delivery, and communication — start to finish.

Absolutely. Many teams divide the cost through team dues or collect individually.

 Yes — if a coach or parent refers another team who books, you’ll receive a referral bonus or bonus credit toward any of our services.
