Welcome to G.A.M.E. – Game Action Media Experts. By using our site or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide professional game footage, highlight reels, and team video services. Services may include livestreaming or additional add-ons when available.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Full-season packages must be confirmed via written agreement or form submission.

  • A minimum deposit or payment may be required to reserve filming dates.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Filming & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver game footage within 24-48 Hours, and highlights within 5–7 business days.

  • All footage remains the property of G.A.M.E., but teams and players are granted full non-commercial use rights.

  • We use secure platforms like Google Drive, MediaZilla, or Payhip for video delivery.

4. Waivers & Permissions

  • By submitting a team or player booking form, you agree that you have permission to authorize filming of minors on behalf of your team or organization.

  • All guardians must sign a waiver before highlights are produced or distributed.

5. Use of Content

We may use short clips or highlights for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website), unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund in those rare cases.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
